How CLW handles personal data. And what rights you have over it.

Who we are
This website is operated by CSSW.LONDON Limited, trading as CLW. Registered in England with company number 10180543. Our website address is https://clw.consulting. For all data protection questions, contact info@clw.consulting or call 0207 315 4152.
CLW is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We process your data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What data we collect
We collect personal data in three ways:
HubSpot CRM. When you submit a contact form, use our Waterproofing Wisdom agent, or otherwise reach out, your name, email, telephone number, company, role, and the content of your enquiry are stored in our HubSpot CRM. We use this data to respond to your enquiry, manage the resulting project relationship, and (with your consent) send you our Waterproofing Wisdom newsletter and Insights.
Waterproofing Wisdom Agent sessions (D1). When you interact with our Waterproofing Wisdom AI assistant, your prompts, responses, and gating-form details (name, email, company, role) are stored in our Cloudflare D1 database so we can improve the assistant and so a human consultant can follow up if your question warrants it. Sessions are retained for 24 months unless you ask for earlier deletion.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare's built-in, cookie-less Web Analytics to count page visits and understand which content is read. This does not identify you individually. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party advertising tracker on this site.

How long we keep it
Enquiry and project data in HubSpot is retained for the duration of our relationship with you, plus seven years for tax, contractual, and professional indemnity record-keeping requirements.
Wisdom AI session records are retained for 24 months from your last interaction. After that they are deleted from D1.
Cloudflare Web Analytics holds aggregate visit data for 30 days. No personally identifying information is stored.

Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (subject access request)
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request erasure of your data (subject to retention requirements above)
- object to or restrict our processing of your data
- request portability of your data to another controller
- withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time (use the unsubscribe link or contact us directly)
- complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have not handled your data properly
We aim to respond to all data subject requests within 30 days.

For any data protection request. Access, correction, erasure, complaint. Email info@clw.consulting with "Privacy" in the subject line. We will acknowledge receipt within two working days and respond substantively within 30 days.
