How we work
The independence that makes it work.
CLW's value is independence. We do not sell product and we do not work for the contractor or supplier, so our advice is shaped by the outcome, not a sale. That is what lets us select the right system for the building, write specifications that open competitive tender, and challenge a value-engineering substitution when it threatens the waterproofing.
Most clients appoint us to own the waterproofing scope across several of these services, from design through construction. You can also bring us in for a single stage. Either way the brief is the same: a dry basement, defensibly designed.
